Victoria Mageno is a servant leader committed to bringing common-sense solutions and positive change to California’s 50th Assembly District. A proud Mexican American, she has dedicated her life to strengthening families, improving education, and serving her community with honesty, integrity, and accountability.

Inspired by her mother, a retired elementary school teacher of 26 years, Victoria developed a deep appreciation for the challenges facing students, educators, and parents. In 2020, she was elected to the Cucamonga School District Board of Trustees, where she currently serves as Vice President. She has also served as Board President, Clerk, Chair, and County Representative, helping guide the district through the COVID-19 pandemic, learning loss, and other major challenges.

Victoria believes every child deserves a safe, high-quality education. On the school board, she has promoted fiscal responsibility, accountable use of taxpayer dollars, campus safety, teacher development, and programs that deliver measurable results for students. Her experience has strengthened her commitment to improving educational outcomes and preparing students for success beyond the classroom.

For more than 20 years, Victoria has served in Women’s Leadership at Victory Outreach Chino. Through local ministries, she has helped provide food, clothing, and support to people experiencing homelessness and addiction, taught Sunday school, and distributed holiday gifts to children of incarcerated parents. She and her husband also lead a prayer and Bible study group in Rancho Cucamonga, giving her firsthand insight into the struggles facing families and working households.

Raised by a single mother, Victoria understands the financial pressure many families experience. Her family achieved homeownership through Habitat for Humanity, an opportunity that inspired her passion for expanding access to the California Dream. She supports lowering taxes, opposing wasteful spending, protecting Proposition 13, and holding government accountable for fraud, waste, and abuse.

Victoria is running for State Assembly to make California more affordable, address homelessness, support small businesses, protect election integrity, and restore trust in government. Guided by her conservative values and faith, she will bring proven leadership, fiscal responsibility, and a service-first approach to Sacramento.
